For the past five years, St. Kilian’s SNS has qualified for the BT Young Scientist and Technology Competition (now Stripe Young Scientist and Technology Competition) and this year was no different. Mr. Dignam’s 6^th class qualified with a project entitled ‘The Science of Flight: How Paper Airplanes Soar’. The children had a great day getting to try lots of different experiments, meeting new people from across Ireland and watching a 3D movie about Space. The day was rounded off by featuring in an interview on News2Day on RTE. Well done to everyone in Mr. Dignam’s 6^th Class!
